About Neuriel

Core Beliefs & Background

I believe that every human being is created in the Divine image and, therefore, has unimaginable Light to share with the world. The challenge is removing the spiritual blockages that prevent us from accessing that Light and the greatest versions of ourselves. I am here to help you embark on a beautiful and authentic journey, manifesting blessings in your everyday life.

My professional and personal journey has woven together leadership, service, and spiritual growth—engaging thousands of people while also focusing on the individual.

Large-scale community service initiatives under my direction have mobilized hundreds of volunteers and dozens of partner civic organizations, creating lasting social impact across Greater Los Angeles. More than a decade in nonprofit fundraising has resulted in millions of dollars raised to advance meaningful causes.

I founded and oversee The Omer Aliyah, an annual, seven-week spiritual bootcamp that connects and empowers participants from eight countries. My direct wellness experiences and offerings include leading meditations, fire circles, visualization exercises, and support counseling—working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

On a personal note, some of my happy moments include walking along the Santa Monica—Venice boardwalk, solo desert hikes and meditation in the greater Palm Springs area, working out at Orange Theory classes, teaching my kids how to run successful lemonade stands, and traveling with my wife (fun fact: she's a Travel Advisor specializing in luxury destinations!).

Relationships Are Everything

You might wonder why I chose a profile picture that isn’t a standard headshot, but rather one of me, my wife, and our two children. Trust and vulnerability are essential ingredients in life, and by sharing this glimpse of my family, I invite you dear reader into that same spirit of openness. I also chose this photo to emphasize a core belief: our well-being is deeply shaped by our relationships—with family, friends, colleagues, and community. These connections form the foundation of both spiritual growth and a truly rich life.

I am deeply grateful for the myriad of authentic relationships I’ve developed, and I look forward to learning about your unique story—exploring together how to strengthen and enrich the relationships that bring depth and joy to your own life.

Integrating Ancient Wisdom with Contemporary Wellness

The nature of the human condition has been explored by countless seekers and cultures throughout history. My own roots lie within a 3,500-year Jewish heritage—an ocean of wisdom that speaks to timeless questions of who we are, why we are here, and what purpose we serve. Over the years, I have been blessed to become a vessel for sacred teachings on how we can reveal the Divine within. One such pathway draws from the mystical and esoteric understanding of human formation and spiritual structure called Kabbalah, which means to 'receive.'

Without delving too deeply, it’s worth highlighting the Kabbalistic quality of Tiferet ('beauty'), which is the attribute of balance, harmony, and integration. Remarkably, this quality mirrors the psychological framework of psychosynthesis, a discipline that seeks to harmonize the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of the human being, aligning the personal self with the Higher Self. The parallels between Tiferet and psychosynthesis are nothing short of profound.

Modern research continues to affirm these ancient truths. Academic studies, such as those presented in Mind Body Health: The Effects of Attitudes, Emotions, and Relationships, demonstrate the incredible power of spiritual health. When extracting takeaways from hundreds of these studies, four direct links between spiritual and physical health are identified: a sense of empowerment and personal control, deep connectedness with the layers of one's existence, embracing purpose and meaning, and the power of hope, especially in the context of resilience.

The teachings of Jack Kornfield, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist and a master of blending ancient Eastern wisdom with modern Western psychology, have influenced and inspired my own practice. Themes of compassion and loving-kindness integrated into intentional breathwork and visualization techniques have the ability to open ourselves to great revelations and insight. I hold certification in Dr. Kornfield's Masterclass in Interactive Guided Meditation.

My approach is to weave together these diverse streams of ancient and contemporary wisdom, guiding you toward greater harmony, authenticity, and alignment with your Highest potential—the fullest soul expression of who you are meant to be.

Hands-On, Practical Spirituality

When developing a business plan, one must consider both the macro and the micro. From articulating a clear vision, mission, and overarching goals to defining specific strategies, tactics, and measurable objectives, a thoughtful plan provides a roadmap toward success.

The same principle applies to spirituality. It is not confined to the abstract or ethereal—it is also present in our relationships, habits, and everyday routines. The true challenge lies in bridging the two: aligning daily actions with the greater vision for the life we wish to lead. My role is to help you make that alignment real, integrating purpose with practice so your outer life reflects your inner Light.

Without going into the spiritual belief system and mechanics behind it, I can confidently share without any doubt that positioning yourself to be a giver in this world will propel you in amazingly wonderful directions. To give of ourselves to another person is to become a channel of blessing from Above. Giving specifically with love, gratitude and humility opens doors in our lives that we never knew even existed.

Adam Grant's "Give and Take: A Revolutionary Approach to Success" wonderfully lays out this concept in the workplace. So, for example, if you'd like better relationships at work and a sense of renewal in your job, try seeking out opportunities to say a kind word with love, praise a colleague for a specific accomplishment with gratitude for them, and help others succeed with a sense of humility and genuine spirit of giving.

Accessible. Impactful. Grounded.

Suffering As An Asset

Over the course of our lives, my wife and I have walked through seasons of deep challenge—struggles with IVF, medical hardships, financial strain, and moments of profound existential questioning. Through it all, I’ve come to understand that suffering is not something to flee from, but rather a doorway through which we can encounter a sweet, redemptive Light. When approached with faith, humility and love, suffering transforms from a source of pain into an unimaginable gift—one that refines, awakens, and reconnects us to the Divine within.
